Lazy Cloud Lodge

Can't stream anything on the TV if you carry your Amazon firestick etc if you travel. Basic cable only for TV No ICE machine available. The room is nice. They said we could get ice (They make it) but everyone left early and we had to go buy it.

In a word: WOW||||Literally, that was the first word out of my mouth when I walked into the check-in area. That was only the beginning.||“Oh, cool!” When driving up to the place.||“Look at THAT!” As my eyes roamed across the grounds.||(Positive) ‘Gasp!’ when I entered our room, because I was at a loss for words.||||We stayed in the Treehouse room. It’s very unique: fireplace, jacuzzi tub (that is spotless), all-around clean room, really cool details in the design and the decor, comfortable bed, bathrobes, nice towels, air conditioning, plenty of closet space and storage for your belongings. Criticism: I should have brought my own pillow, but that’s a very subjective thing; my husband loved his pillows!||||Walk around the grounds. We stayed here recently and felt like we’d been transported into a cozy, enchanted world. The staff, especially Kim and Sara, are warm, attentive, and intuitive, making you feel not like customers but like honored guests in their private haven. Each suite is thoughtfully designed and brimming with charm. Even in the face of past challenges like the unfortunate fire, the team handled things with grace and prompt care, upgrading us without a hitch. I got married here this past weekend and it was PERFECT. I worked with Kim throughout the planning process, and she was always kind, professional, and timely with her responses. On the day of the wedding, Kim, Sara, and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly as I envisioned it. We stayed in the Log Cabin Suite, which was incredibly clean. The bed was so comfortable and the fireplace helped add a cozy feel. We already booked the same room for our one-year wedding anniversary and we are so excited to go back. I cannot recommend this place enough; the staff are amazing and will do anything they can to help you feel comfortable and right at home!

I just wanted to say that this place was amazing! We had originally booked the Blue Moon Suite but after the unfortunate fire we were contacted right away and they moved us to their Guest House/the Mossy Glen Suite. This cute cottage themed suite was so beautiful! It was cozy, comfortable and so clean. We only stayed one night last weekend but wish we could’ve stayed even longer! The complimentary champagne for our anniversary and complimentary breakfast were just the cherries on top! We will definitely be staying here again and checking out the Fontana location as well!
