Lanier Islands Resort

I guess you can say it was everything I had hoped for and more! My aunt and I were there for Christmas brunch. The displays were beautiful and of course the desserts were my favorite. The live music was an added delight as some of the guest including myself sang along with the artist. The buffet was very satisfying and plentiful. A great place to spend a holiday with family and friends!

rooms are nice! but a little outdated, it feels like i’m stuck in the 90’s. but the view is beautiful and the landscape is beautiful! the front desk staff is a little aggressive and not polite when presented with an issue. but the valet staff and every other staff i interacted with were very polite and kind. i will say be careful when driving through the parking lot near the lodge because the drivers are reckless

Lanier Island Resort was a treasure for my Thanksgiving family gathering. It was 30 minutes north of Duluth, where we originally wanted to stay, but it was worth it to enjoy the nice nature, the lakeside trail, and Magical Nights of Lights around the island. There was a place for snow tubing and ice skating on the island. |The resort was a perfect gateway for a holiday, and their Christmas decorations in the lobby and around the resort & island were unforgettable. We stayed in a villa suite for the gathering, and it was cozy with a fireplace. |The staff were fantastic at helping our Thanksgiving family gathering go better, and I felt so welcome and cared for. Especially, Denise and Keria were excellent at making our family gathering more meaningful and keeping our stay happy. If I revisit

we had the most wonderful time on our family getaway with two small children at the resort! We were able to take advantage of the southern residence discount and enjoyed the week with beautiful views of the lake and plenty of room for the kids to run around. It’s even pet friendly and it was so fun to see all the cute dogs in the hotel. It was very close to license to chill Snow Island as well as the game changer arcade and Land shark on the Margaritaville Beach. Perfect escape for a couple of days! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Hi, This is just some feedback that I wanted to share with the team(s). I won’t disclose too much information, but I called the phone number on the website & spoke to 3 different people (one person gave me a more direct number, & during the 2nd call, I got transferred). The first person I spoke to didn’t say bye or give a farewell response. Once they finished, they were silent after I thanked them & I said goodbye. They just hung up the call. The 2nd person didn’t say goodbye or end the call either. They directly transferred me, but they didn’t let me know they were going to transfer me, so I was taken aback by the transition in the call. I think it would be helpful if they said something like “please wait while I transfer you over to__.” or “I will be transferring you to ___ department
