Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Atlanta Buford/Mall of Georgia

@Dec.2025 I’ve used this hotel several times, stayed quite many days. Rooms are clean, breakfast is okay, sometimes you better check expiration date on milks though. Most of times staffs are nice, and I had pleasant stays, but only the last time I used recently. Supermarket is close, there are many place to eat around. Sometimes the main road from and to hotel is with too much traffic, you may need extra time to move around. There is no smart TV with Netflix in any room.

Positive: The breakfast and quietness Negative: Yes they double charged me and it emptied my account out so I had to barrow money from someone cause I could even put gas in my car and it’s still not fixed yet. They couldn’t do anything for me at all. I will not be going back to that hotel ever again.

For the most part my stay was good. The room was spacious. Check in was easy. The included breakfast was pretty good for the most part. The bagels were hard. One of my daughters put hot sauce on her food and it was sour. She let the attendant know and they took it to the front desk who told them that since it wasn't expired that they had to leave it on the counter for others to use. That is pretty gross. The furniture in the breakfast area was completely worn through and threadbare in a lot of spots. I only stayed one night so the shower wasn't the worst thing ever, except it was cold. We let the water run for 5 minutes before trying to get in it. It wouldn't warm up. I'm writing this review to share the truly exceptional experience my nephew and I had at the Fairfield Inn Buford Mall of Georgia, managed by Kelvin Harden.||During our special birthday trip, my nephew proudly told the front desk associate, Hannah, all about his new stuffed frog, Mr. Waffles. We were absolutely delighted and surprised the next morning to return to our room and find a miniature version of his frog, along with the sweetest note from the staff!||This small, incredibly thoughtful gesture went above and beyond anything we've ever experienced. It made our celebration even more special and left a lasting impression on us.||We had a wonderful time and will definitely be booking here again. Thank you for fostering such a kind and caring team.

Fairfield Inn and Suites property in Buford, GA located just off of I-85. Near the Mall of Georgia and tons of restaurants. Just down the street is TopGolf and Andretti Indoor Karting and Games. Stayed in a Studio King which was spacious and clean. The room has the bed with a separate sitting area. Lots of room, and plenty of desk space to work if required. Hotel has a indoor pool and a fitness center. The front desk staff was outstanding. I made my reservation online, checked in online and the process upon arrival was quick and efficient. Breakfast is included in rate with eggs, waffles, bakery items, yogurts, fruits and drinks. Overall, a good property located in a great location for a reasonable rate.
