Hampton Inn Atlanta-Mall Of Georgia

I stayed here for a week on business. The room, facilities, staff, and location were all excellent. The location is just a short walk from the Mall of Georgia, which offered several food options. The continental breakfast was great. Coffee, tea, and strawberry infused water was available 24-7. I was most impressed by the staff, which were all very helpful. I left behind some clothes and the staff proactively contacted me to return them to me. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for my sons wedding weekend. Over-all great stay. Staff was super friendly. Room was over all very clean . ( could use a deep cleaning ) I would definitely be prepared to pay for parking. No big deal. Except I called and was told free parking. Also was told over the phone it was 50$ for my dog then when I booked my room it was 90$ . Non refundable. No biggie . My suggestion is a more knowledgeable staff.

Positive: "" Negative: No one ever mention a 7.00 a day parking fee until showed up on statement. Very unusably for this type of location.

We had a great stay! The staff was amazing. Dana was such a big help to us checking in. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We will definitely come back!

I was not informed of a parking fee and did receive a Hilton honors discount after confirming my membership. ||Water pressure for the shower was very low. This hotel is over priced and the front desk was not helpful. I will be getting out of Hilton horrors and never go back. All my friends and family will be advised to stay away from Hampton hotels.
