Homewood Suites by Hilton Buford Mall of GA

This place was one of the cleanest hotels around!! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. When checking in Randi was very friendly and made sure we were aware of their breakfast in the main entrance area and answered other questions we had. My elderly father from Florida was traveling and had stayed here a few weeks ago and left his cell phone at the hotel. Wanda the general manager was so kind to notify me of my father not having his phone . Wanda also had my father's phone mailed to me at no expense as she was truly concerned about my father . The incident with my father led to this trip for me. When leaving the hotel I was also greeted by Manager Shaun and also had the opportunity to meet, General Manager Wanda. Very clean, modern hotel. The beds are very comfortable. It's the small touches like the thermostats are the easiest to use in any hotel I've ever been in. Plenty of free parking which is getting rarer to find these days. The Manager's Reception on Wednesday night is a great touch. The young lady who worked at the reception was very pleasant and personable. My only suggestion is you should get a room on the top floor. Perhaps because there's not much carpeting, we could hear every movement of the people in the room above us. Otherwise it was very quiet, we couldn't hear voices or tvs.

This hotel is very comfortable with spacious rooms and nice amenities. The rooms are very modern with a nice kitchen area that includes a large island for eating. There is an indoor pool...the room for the pool is heated but the pool water is not. That was disappointing as we were hoping to swim since it's cold outside, but the water was too cold to enjoy. There's also a nice outdoor area that would be perfect for warmer weather. It includes a green space for kids to play, plenty of seating, and an outdoor kitchen with grills and a sink.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very neat and quiet. The breakfast was great and the staff were helpful and friendly.

This is place is Amazing! The Manager Shawn was more than accommodating! He help my wife and I out with small situation with professionalism and curiosity! Now this is the only one I will stay at in Buford when I’m in town for business! Furthermore they have an amazing setup with their two grills and outdoor fireplace! I highly recommend this place! Ty again Hilton staff!
