Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Buford Mall of Georgia

I stayed at this hotel in March 2025 for a 10 day business stay. The hotel is located just off from the hustle and bustle of the Mall of Georgia area but close enough to be within walking distance of a choice of shops and restaurants.||The hotel was clean and so was my room. The only issues I had with my room was the Aircon was way too powerful when it was turned on and the room was either freezing cold or hot. This is the reasom for the 4 stars.||I did not try the hotel restaurant hence unable to comment.||One of the disadvantages of the location is that the traffic at the weekend can get quite intense because of the shoppers coming to the Mall of Georgia.||Overall a pleasant stay.

Was in town for a wedding, and this facility reserved /blocked rooms at discount for out of towners. They are completing renovation. Guest rooms were designed for efficiency and convenience for the modern day technology bound travelers with USB and ac plugs placed with in desk-top and bedside use.

I spent my Valentines Weekend and my wife's biggest event of the year thus far with this location. We were tremendously and unfortunately inconvenienced in more than one manner. I hate to complain but I am glad we made the best of the weekend and found thing's to be greaful for considering. Certain thing's you just don't expect when visiting a place of business.

Positive: Nice room. Great staff. Great location Negative: I particularly do not like having to request the room be cleaned and serviced. I consider this a slovenly departure from customer service that now is tolerated.

I booked a room online that was $69 after taxes. When I get there the guy Joseph ran my card for $190. I asked him why did he run my card for $190 when my reservations clearly said $69. He claimed he changed it but they don’t give money back as fast as they take it. They changed my reservations to $120 after me booking online at $69. Horrible front desk service. I’ve never had a hotel change my price on their own. I know why they did me like that.
