Lakewood Motel

The room was okay. The pre packaged coffee filters were nice and easy to use. I felt like the door lock for adjoining rooms could be more secure. The full sized refrigerator was nice. The spiders were an issue for me. There were spider webs outside the front doors of both of the rooms we rented with quite a few spiders on each one. The back patios did not seem to have ever been treated. I opened the slider and there dozens of spiders all the way down the entire building.

Our stay here was great! The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Even though the place was booked up it was quiet. There was plenty of space for the three of us. It was great to have a small kitchenette. Staff was helpful and friendly. It was very convenient ||to the lake and downtown. Will stay again.

Very comfortable, clean and affordable. Nice kitchenette making it easy to fix meals. Close to the state park beach.

Perfect place for the night, the weekend or longer if needed. We stayed in room #4, it was Very clean, very easy to access with code. 2 QN beds, 1 much newer than the other. Nice Kitchenette with accessories. Mini fridge and full stove. Only complaint was a light didn’t work and toilet didn’t flush well. I would definitely stay here again.

Right by Stix traffic, not quiet. Beds are not comfortable, there’s a weird smell in the rooms, and the new owners (especially the older lady) have terrible customer skills. Just unpleasant, not to mention, expensive, especially for what they offer. $170 a night should get you comfortability at least.
