Lakeview Mobile Home Park

Place is a run down dump. Do better at making your tenants clean up the appearance of their trailers and yards. Trash piled all over the first trailer's yard as you pull in, broken kids toys in lots of yards, high grass and weeds, mold on trailers along with sheets and blankets covering windows.

I’d give this park a zero if I could. They’re under new management or something. We get letters on our doors every Friday with something we need to fix. We just got one stating we need to pressure wash our house or we get evicted. My husband and I want to get out ASAP. I wouldn’t recommend this park for anyone. Honestly, I’d rather rent an apartment.

Roads are very narrow & snow wasn't pushed far enough off of roads. Some places have a lot of junk laying around. One place in particular had their car parked in the road right at a curve making it very difficult to get around.

It is awful living here. Our trailer is nice but we have to deal with constant drama. There is a lot of drug activity here. It is unacceptable around children. They allow drama people to openly harass other people in the park.

I have lived here many years. Usually quiet and nice neighbors. They are starting to update the homes as well which makes it look better.
