Lakeland Village Resort by Vacasa

We have had a wonderful experience staying here for 8 nights. This is a wonderful property and operated by wonderful staff. Especially Front desk services team member Michael Fitzpatrick. We arrived late and he was so gracious and helped us with our luggage while showing us how to get to our room. I really appreciate people like this! They make these properties as special as they are. The views and amenities as well as the exceptional care have to put this place in the top choices of places to spend your vacation at Lake Tahoe!

We booked through Vacasa. Prior to booking Unit 527, I texted and specifically asked if the unit had AC. Their response was neither "yes" or "no," but referred me to the listing. The listing stated "thermostat." Based on my specific question and the "thermostat" I believed the unit would have AC. It did not. We arrived the first evening at 9pm and it was 80 degrees inside the unit. I feel intentionally misled. But on top of that, the unit was disgusting. The photos and description were also misleading and not truthful. The place smelled of urine and mold. We left the next morning. They offered no type of refund at all. Didn't even respond to the request for refund. They just don't care about their customers. I have rented with them before but will never use them again. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

We rented a condo to celebrate family birthdays. The location was perfect! a short walk to the jacuzzi and beach! We had an issue with the dryer and the sent a tech out right away and fixed it. Highly recommend this place!

The only reason I gave ot 4 stars is the dock is in bad shape. No padding for boats, very old, needs work bad to the point of being dangerous in my opinion. The rest is very nice, clean, beautiful.

Now that vacasa has taken this place over it is NO LONGER RESORT STYLE. BEWARE! NOT worth $1000 for 2 nights. And no more luck of early check ins anymore. Check out time 10am instead of 11am. Strickly business here! You will no longer receive fresh towels.We booked the two bedroom loft, there were five of us, and we only received five towels for 2 nights. 3 pool towels, 2 regular. That's not enough for your family to go to the pool and everyone shower for the night. when I asked for fresh towels, i had to call a phone number as opposed to the front desk. the phone call took ten minutes just to be told, they will not provide fresh towels, that we have a shared washing machine that we can use. When you go on vacation here with your family, you can look forward to doing your own laundry. The
