Lakeland Motel

The sheets were clean. There were crumbs and dirt in the corners of the main room. Also under the nightstand between the bed. Although it wasn't a smoking room it still smelled like smoke...my clothes in my suitcase smelled like smoke after leaving. The toilet seat did not look clean. Only 2 bath towels were barely enough for 2 people. Lots of nocturnal activities which made me think it wasn't the safest of places. Loud guests conversing by the stairs for over 30 minutes at 2 in the morning didn't add to my safety concerns. It suited our purposes. 2 stars for clean sheets.

Do not stay here! Was given a non smoking room that smelt like a over used dirty ashtray! Dead cockroaches everywhere, bedding was never changed from previous occupants. Junk furnishings! Lights didn't work. Told us $60 a night and charged us over $100. We checked out 3 hours after checking in!!! Co workers room was even nastier. This is a $20 a night motel.

Prices are insanely high for what you get!!! I asked about a weekly rate and the lady said almost $500. I told her I'll just take 1 night. $112 later, I got a room with dirty walls, holes all in the bottoms of the walls in the bathroom, you can't plug in the refrigerator, microwave and TV at the same time where they placed them,because there's only 2 outlets so something has to get unplugged to plug the other in, the water in the tub constantly runs and you can't shut it off, there's cops in and out of here all night, the icing on the cake is 30 minutes to a hour before the sun goes down they won't let you go to the pool. This motel is horrible!! You have to go to the office basically everytime you need to get back in your room because the keys don't work.

This place #@$_ing sucked. The owners were terrible and rude. No towels or sheets were provided during my WEEK stay. Room was filthy when I came in. Towels had stains they were not white. Room also had roaches. What Trash.

Clean room, TV didn’t work the pool was locked, close to a sports bar 10 minutes from everything, the price was fair only needed the room to sleep the people were friendly
