🛑 Avoid This Place Living here was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. Management shows extreme favoritism—some residents are allowed to break rules, harass others, and invade privacy, while the rest of us are unfairly targeted and micromanaged. We had a neighbor who was openly hostile and even tried to physically attack my boyfriend. Despite multiple reports, management did absolutely nothing. That same neighbor pointed a security camera directly at our RV and constantly monitored us numerous times! Again, we reported it, and again, nothing was done. When we moved out, the neighbor stood outside yelling and clapping at us — a final act of harassment that management still ignored. To make matters worse, this same neighbor was allowed to install a full dog fence — something clear

This is a very nice RV park and we had a great view of the lake. Since we were on a temporary stay our site was not the most beautiful spot. While we had a great view of the lake, the ground was soft and not level. This is a community of folks who stay on a regular basis so many of the spots are cemented and have a nice lawn. Our spot was not groomed but did have a cement pad for a patio. We have 4 steps for our 5th wheel and the last step would not go down due to the patio being higher than our steps. This park also has a lot of trees which offer shade but the leaves are constantly falling so many folks had leaf blowers to get the leaves off their slides. This park has a very nice swimming pool and has an extensive library where you can borrow a book. The only Wi-fi is around the

This is a nice campground!!! Well maintained the pool is very nice love the hut tub. The people are very friendly. Love the little dog park . I have huskys I take them there to burn of some energy. I have being there since 2024. We made our lot l our very homie.Very please with Linda she very professional. Jake is one of the maintenance guy he with very friendly. Love this place… Thank you

Nice campground, lots of activities, very nice pool and hot tub! Grounds are well maintained. I have been in my fifth wheel here since December :)

Top 3 RV spots I've stayed at. There are a ton of lots, shade trees, pond, pool, billiards.. located on the highway and super close to Downtown Lakeland and .. well you are in the center of Florida. Publix right around the corner. Probably the tallest incline if you like jogging. They take very good care of this place and it shows daily. There are rental options and all kinds of options. 10/10 worth the stay, pretty, and quiet.
