La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Wichita Northeast

Nice, clean, seemed to be a safe area. Convenient to lots of dining. Decent pool, no hot tub. No conditioner in shower. Scrambled eggs in morning sub par...the rest was standard wyndham fair. Over all would very much recommend. Staff kind.

This hotel is very nice with great services. The employees were exceptionally nice and very willing to help out if needed. It was the perfect place as a halfway mark for our trip. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable however the pillows were lumpy and not comfortable but, nevertheless, the room was still very accommodating. They were very accommodating to our pet situation as well. The hotel was clean and the breakfast area was average breakfast but a clean area and well stocked of food essentials needed for eating. There was a snack area but cash is not accepted which in my opinion might be a downfall. The hotel is located in an area that is easy on /off the interstate with food and shopping nearby. The hotel also offers an indoor swimming pool and a fitness center as well.

The location is great, but the rooms, not so much. The bathroom light didn't work. Anything that was metal had rust all over it. I kind of wondered if the housekeeping staff was on strike because we didn't have any towels and there weren't any available at the front desk and the kleenex box was empty. The poor ladies at the front desk were doing their best and were very nice, but I think there were a lot of guests with issues and they seemed very overwhelmed. I doubt I'd stay here again.

Positive: Clean room. Quite. Away from the traffic. Negative: Empty shampoo when I was already in the shower

I am still here at the hotel. I get my room clean three times out of the week. The person by the name of promise comes in on Wednesdays. This is my favorite day. It's something about the way she cleans quick She's always happy greets me and gets the job done quickly I have no complaints about my Wednesday person. Definitely wish that she could be the one to clean my room all three days. I am definitely going to look into that.
