USE IT!!!Stayed in room 317 this is my second time here in the same week, first time I was given room 321. It was not pleasant, unclean bathroom. So, I was moved to 317. Same issues different night, same week. 317 Nasty bathroom, soap scum in shower, it appears that the toilet and mirror were cleaned with dirty cloths and probably the same dirty cloth. Streaks are everywhere. Stringy hair from prior guest lingers on the shower walls. The Loud bathroom vent and light are on the same switch so it's extremely annoying using the restroom through the night. Rust in the microwave and the AC constantly runs no Auto. Had to ask for cleaning supplies to rec

If your plan is just to have a place to sleep, this hotel is great for that. The room was comfortable and quiet, perfect for getting a good night’s rest. We didn’t try the breakfast or use any of the hotel amenities, so I can’t comment on those. We literally just slept there, and for that purpose, it worked really well. Would recommend if you just need a comfy place to sleep.

This whole hotel is infested with mold. I had a one bed room on the first floor and it stank really bad. Like mold and crazy cleaning chemicals. I didn’t want to sleep in that situation because I felt like I could get sick. The lady at the front desk was actually very nice and helpful. She had upgraded me to a king suite on the second floor. The whole second floor reeks like the mold and crazy cleaning chemicals. Including the room that I got. It actually smelled a little worse than the first room. I saw another woman on that floor who said she booked six rooms for her group. She said every room smelled like that. So yeah this is basically a big old mold house. Breakfast was garbage. My family and I stayed here for a bit while we looked for a home in the palatka and surrounding areas, and I highly recommend this hotel. The staff members are so kind and caring, as well as management. We've stayed in a few hotels since we've started this journey and it has the most comfortable beds and pillows of them all. If I ever need to stay close to st Augustine again I will definitely stay with them again.

Positive: Beds were comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Complimentary breakfast as alright. Negative: The carpeting is incredibly thin in the rooms and the hallways, you can hear an echo from every footstep in the room and people walking in front of the room. Hotel needs to renovate to slightly thicker carpeting.
