gave this hotel 2 stars because the front desk staff were absolutely amazing — very polite, welcoming, and helpful throughout our 4-night stay. The beds were also comfortable. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was extremely disappointing. The toilets were not clean, and the overall condition of the room made me genuinely concerned about sanitation. It felt neglected, and I honestly worried about things like bedbugs (thankfully I didn’t see any, but the condition made me uneasy). The dining area was also not a good experience. The food was not appetizing, and the overall environment felt unclean. The person preparing the food appeared to be cooking, vacuuming, and handling trash at the same time, which did not feel sanitary. I gave breakfast a second chance on anothe

Location was nice, being close to the airport. Room was clean, no complaints there. The front desk staff member gave the people who checked in after me, a key to my room. They tried to enter, but I had initiated the security lock. When I addressed this with the front desk staff, they shrugged it off as a normal occurrence for them. Facilities, the hotel looked as if it was modernized with its carpets and curtains. The room layouts were from the early 1990s, weird angels and pointless features.

Positive: Love all the amenities included, airport shuttle availability, breakfast, laundry, location. Loved it so much so, now that I’m retired it’s this DAV’s go to when in the city‼️ , newly acquired clerk is an asset.so genuine and caring‼️… Negative: As a regular w/stays over 4 days, expect to have room serviced without having to request such‼️ requested this last visit at day 4 of 7, it wasn’t provided until 2 days afterwards‼️Hotel employee is an ASSET to hotel‼️

While the hotel lobby was a good first impression the room was not dated. The bathroom was very outdated. It had a low toilet and shower but the water pressure was decent. The beds were not comfortable and they only give 3 pillows a bed. Good self-make waffles included in free breakfast. Convenient location and nice outdoor property. Walkable and directly across the street from Wendy's. Nice staff but I will not return.

This hotel is our half way stop between NJ & FL. We will come back here on the way back too. This hotel was recommended by ChatGPT and honestly this will be our every year pick from now on. Very friendly staff (we were checked in by a lovely lady with purple hair she was so helpful) she was so nice when I asked for an extra blanket at night and personally delivered it to our room and didn’t make me wait in the lobby. Our room was clean and the bathroom was very spacious. Bed was so comfortable we got a king size. Price for the night was super affordable for both nights during the week and on the weekend when we’re on our way back. This is a mom and teen daughter trip and we’re feeling very welcomed here and safe. Also, try the golden waffle machine for breakfast! We couldn’t get enough! (B
