La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Louisville NE/Old Henry Rd

Our experience at this hotel was average, the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was nice as well. My only issue was we stayed for 4 nights and our room wasn’t cleaned once in our whole stay. Normally rooms get cleaned every 2 nights but ours didn’t. Morning front desk employee seemed very nice, night time front desk employee had a “meh” non caring attitude at least the one with the afro hair style. The other night time employee we had was helpful and had a good and caring attitude, don’t have names but if I had to describe him, he is gym strong.

This place is great when travelling with pets - there’s lots of space to walk them - it was quiet because it’s close The industrial/office buildings we were there on a Friday night. Breakfast was nice with eggs sausages biscuits and gravy oatmeal fruit toast bagels and my fav make your our waffles. Clean and tidy - the pool was nice small but nice. Our room was clean and well appointed. A small circular table would have been nice and the bulb in the light over the beds was crazy standing on the sun bright - but no biggie GIDEON checked us in he was great and patient even moved us to the first floor close to the exit so we could get out with our dogs. $25 per dog and we have 3 - but it was nice they let us have 3 as their policy is 2 - the floors are laminate - easy clean up - and I guess t

An absolutely fantastic stay! The rooms are very clean and tastefully appointed. The breakfast spread was generous. Prices in the pantry store were a reasonable. I think this is the first La Quinta I've been to that has a bar. I don't drink, but it was kind of interesting to see that area. Easy access on and off the highway. Check in and check out were a breeze.

Positive: "" Negative: It was bad. We had to change rooms twice, due to there being virtually no lights in the first 2 rooms, and an A/C that wasn't working. We had to move into the 3rd room at 12 a.m. We were exhausted and my husband had a broken foot, I had to move our stuff.

I stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it! The room was clean, quiet and the beds were so comfy. April, Tobias and Ginger were so friendly, and kind. They were also awesome helping us get checked in and making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. I usually stay at a different hotel chain when I am in town but this will definitely be my new go to spot. I was on the second floor with my dog and kids and I never heard any noise or traffic during my stay. The breakfast was also a great feature every morning. I don’t drink but the hotel does have a nice bar and even when I was passing through the bar tenders were so friendly and great to chat with. Thank you all im sure we will be back around Christmas time!
