La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Jonesboro

Nice hotel! Convenient to major hwys and streets, restaurants, businesses, etc. Only mins away from high school athletic facilities which was helpful to us. Desk ck in was quick and efficient. Very polite. Hotel ic is clean and attractive. Our king rm was quite roomy, bed comfy. Nice tv, adequate stations. Adjusting heat was bit confusing at first, had to figure it out. Bathroom has no exhaust fan, which is preferable! Lighting in bathroom was poor, a light should come on outlining the mirror, it didn't. Water nice and hot! Hotel was probably quiet, but traffic noise was quite loud; can't really help that. Breakfast was pretty good! Good coffee, sausage, potatoes. Easy ck out, polite, professional desk manager. I can highly recommend this La Quinta, even if I do have couple minor room

Positive: Front desk and breakfast staff were great. Asked that manager call me after stay to pass feedback and never received a call. Negative: Rooms on highway side are extremely noisy due to window type and specifications. Ear plugs could not dull the noise. Room itself was nice and clean. BUT HIGHWAY NOISE IS TERRIBLE!! Lastly, manager was requested to call and never did.

Great place to stay!! Worth the deposit and price!! Very clean hotel! Smelled amazing and the rooms were outstanding. Front desk agent, Misty, was great! She greeted us with a smile and after check in she would greet us every entry by our name! Made us feel very welcome and special. We had issues at check in because we didn’t know about the deposit but Misty took care of us with care and understanding. She brought in the whole team (as in management) to help take care of us. Even though we were upset at check in and we were persistent she kept a smile and did everything she could. She even went the extra mile and notice my children were irritable from the long car ride and the process of checking in, that she took money out of her own pocket and bought them a drink and snack, set th

This la Quinta has been on my travel route for 2 years. I love the staff. This location is so convenient for me. The breakfast has always been great. When my mother travels with me I usually get a room with grab bars and a walk-in shower on the first floor. It is our favorite La Quinta.

The staff are always incredibly nice as well as the kitchen attendant! The breakfast is always so tasty and I really look forward to it whenever I visit this location. However, a couple of things happened that prevented me from rating this location a bit higher. When I first arrived to the hotel and got situated into my room I noticed that my bed have a few stains on the sheets. I continued to look around only to find that one of my body towels had a massive brown diarrea looking stain on it as well as one of the face towels had a giant yellow stain. I took both towels down to front desk to show the agent and asked to be moved to another room, to which she accommodated. Only that time, the new room that I was moved to had dog hair all over one of the bed covers and the shower drain was
