La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Boise Towne Square

For this price point, I was very pleased overall, the breakfast was fresh, hot, and plentiful; the location was about as good as you can get, with excellent proximity to restaurants, freeway, shopping. The housekeeping was stellar - every day the room was clean and well stocked. The only 'issue' I would have was regarding the gym - it was very hot in there, and the treadmill was not fully functional, as it was not able to take your heart rate (broken feature), so the various work outs on that machine were not available, as they relied on the heart rate to operate. So, overall, if someone wasn't especially looking for the gym feature, I would not hesitate to recommend that they look into the La Quinta Inn.

Very accommodating and friendly staff. Very affordable for my large dogs where other chains wouldn't even consider large dogs. Room was nice, and continental breakfast was great. Front deak gal Very helpful and friendly.

This is an absolute depressing horrible hole in the wall hotel. I would never suggest this to anybody. It is completely filthy. They apparently do not vacuum or clean very well whatsoever. It is well overdue for renovations. Wallpaper is coming off the wall. everything actually looks like it’s straight from the 1990s. Everything is brown and depressing. Be sure to wash your hands after touching most everything in your room. I had a blood stain next to my side of the bed on the nightstand I had to ask for them to come clean. I wanted to leave the moment we checked in. We left the next day. A disgusting place to be.

Positive: Leaving Negative: Motel put us in an absolute DEPLORABLE handicap room which was DISGUSTING! Called local health department. Hotel nothing but excuses after the fact. Floor had NEVER been shampooed - dirty with multiple stains. No hot water in shower. Sink had hot water.

Who are they paying to clean rooms? Room was dirty..hair all over bathroom. Stains on sheets. Front desk was helpful even a gentlemen. Moved us to a different room which also has hair all over bathroom floor and toilet. Went across the street to the Fairfield and was much better.
