La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Boise Airport

We stayed at La Quinta Boise for the first time, and were perfectly pleased with our stay. It was just an easy couple of blocks from the airport, and Liz at the front desk was able to accommodate our early check-in (our flight arrived around noon). The room had all the important accommodations (microwave, coffee pot, mini fridge, etc), clean, quiet rooms, and the staff was always friendly, helpful, and available. Even had a full breakfast buffet with eggs, sausages, a waffle maker, fruits, juices, breads, and cereals, and other breakfast items. Their rates are very reasonable with easy booking options, and even offer military and other discounts. Over-all, it's a great value and we will definitely be staying at La Quinta next time we're in Boise! :)

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and were satisfied with our experiences. It is conveniently located near the airport exit on Highway 84. There is available free off-street parking with room for larger vehicles. It is a three-story building with an elevator. The staff was friendly and efficient. It is a quiet hotel even on a busy street and when crowded. Our room had a king bed, lounge chair, desk and chair, bureau with drawers, microwave, coffeemaker, mini-fridge, hair dryer, iron & board. There was a free hot breakfast with scrambled and fried eggs, sausage patties, potatoes and other continental items. There was a free accessible ice machine and free reliable internet. The hotel is on Vista Avenue which has a number of restaurants, shops and sites. The rates were competitive

Positive: Good location, with short walk to some restaurants and close to interstate highway. Nice breakfast room. Negative: Front desk trainee was awful. No smile, inability to speak a full sentence or be polite, unable to make eye contact. His trainer was great, as was woman working the next morning. Mattresses in our room were obviously very old. Hotel in need of upgrading.

Check in was super quick and easy. The bed was so comfortable, I knocked out within a few minutes. The room was extremely clean and smelled good. This is the first La Quinta that had a great breakfast. There were so many options for us. The general manager MaryAnn was so polite and helpful. She made us feel welcomed. We travel several times a year and this was the first time in years that I was truly happy with our hotel choice.

The front desk person was very kind and accommodating! This hotel allows two dogs, up to 75 pounds each. That’s great! Although, it looks and smells like exactly that- Many animals. The room wasn’t completely clean. It had brown stuff on the toilet paper, Non-Vacuumed floor, and a brown stain on the bed. If you have any dog/animal allergies, I would not recommend staying here. If not, it’s an ok stay. What’s great is the pool is open until midnight! There is breakfast in the morning, and the staff are friendly. Overall a good rate for a night with dogs.
