La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Anchorage Airport

Positive: They had great shuttle service from the train station and the airport. Negative: The room was quite small. It was difficult for two people to move around the room with luggage, the same for the bathroom. I also thought it was over priced.

Extremely surprised by this hotel. Wasn’t expecting it to be as great as it was. Stayed December 2025 - a “newer” hotel in the area - bed was extremely comfortable. Sheets were soft and cozy. AC / heat worked really well. The breakfast was standard hotel breakfast- the hotel shuttle to the airport basically runs every 30 minutes - and if you need to be picked up from the airport you just call and the shuttle comes - it’s about 10 minutes from the airport. There is a gym but I didn’t take advantage of it. Had a great stay.

My husband and I have stayed in this exact property, probably six or eight times and we’ve loved it every single time. Great staff, great location, super clean. The breakfast is delicious. Highly recommend.

La Quinta in general is always very good, and this location is very good as well. Front desk is friendly. You can buy Advil, food, or other things you forgot at the front as well, which is helpful. ( We bought popcorn:). The beds and bathrooms are upgraded. We slept well. TV large and newer. There is breakfast. Lots of coffee and cookies upon arrival. I would definitely recommend .

I was picked up by the hotel's airport shuttle shortly after I called the hotel. The online check-in was excellent, stopped at the front desk, picked up my keys, and went straight to my room. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with excellent sleep quality. There were two night tables with lamps, an alarm clock, telephone, a chair and a desk, coffee maker, microwave, mini-fridge, a hair dryer in the bathroom, iron, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and HDTV.
