La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Livermore

I visited La Quinta Inn Livermore today to inquire about booking a room. When I arrived at the front desk, the staff member was not present. After waiting, I had to call out to get his attention. He appeared to have been asleep and came out late. Instead of assisting me professionally, he began speaking rudely and used inappropriate language. His behavior was disrespectful and unprofessional. As a guest looking to book a room, I did not expect to be treated this way. I believe customer service should be polite and welcoming. This experience was very disappointing, and I hope management takes this matter seriously. Thank you.

It was a rainy night, so I couldn't find the lobby door. However , once inside I was a pleased. The lobby was pleasant with coffee and water available. What made me happiest was the indoor pool and hot tub. My room was on the ground floor and on the small size. But it had absolutelyeverything that I needed. . The toilet amd shower were clean in a separate room. The sink was next to the equipped closet and microwave with coffee maker. There was also a refrigerator. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were fabulous. The big screen TV was a delight since it has special channels I don't pay for at home. A desk and chair and night stands. Just perfect! The morning 6am breakfast was great and Included sausage and eggs, fresh fruit, and more.

This location is beyond wonderful. Amazing staff, clean clean clean,ample parking. Just amazing. After a long drive we were greeted with a smile even in the middle of the night. Check in was so easy and quick. We had a reservation. Waking up to a great breakfast and coffee. Customer service is top notch! If you are coming to this area drive a few extra miles and stay here. A little oasis.

This was my first time here. I like that its secluded location. Quiet at night. Although guests make too much noise close to bed time. Because they are coming out, closing doors, etc. but i always put music for my son so he doesn’t hear all that noise. It’s better than the last hotel I stayed in at Santa Rosa. Clean room but my son’s socks got dirty so it’s not fully clean I guess. But it’s definitely cleaner than the last hotel I stayed at. I love the bed. Everything was comfortable and good for me. We only stayed one night with my son. Would I stay here again if I wanted to. Yes I would. Do I recommend, Yes I do. Customer service is wonderful, they attend you very well and very welcoming.

Positive: The staff were so polite and friendly. All very professional. I was greeted very quickly on arrival, she immediately found my reservation, and was able to help when the room above us was making too much noise (like kids jumping on the bed for 4 hours?). Negative: Would be nice to have a spare blanket in room. Missing the pod holder in the coffee cup maker in the room. Also noticed cobwebs in the stairwell. But these were all minor. And the coffee in the lobby was always hot and available with creamers
