La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Fresno Yosemite

The hotel was exactly as advertised and expected for an older style La Quinta. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the fridge and microwave were appreciated. The bathroom was older, the tub has seen a few lifetimes since its installation. I did appreciate that the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were 1) provided and 2) in tamper-proof containers. The floor needed a good mopping. Breakfast was simple, nothing spectacular, eggs, sausage, potatoes, they were all oddly the same ahade of off white, but the waffle was delicious. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.

The receptionist was really cute and able to solve the issue we had with bed’s sheets that were dirty and the restroom that was plenty of hair. The second room we have been relocated in was good apart from issue with the bath. Breakfast was terrible, really scarse. Hotel’s position was fine and we really appreciated the free parking

Positive: The front desk staff were very helpful and kind. Negative: Hair in the shampoo/conditioner bottles in the shower, hair on our sheets, bathroom towels were poorly folded, hotel door very hard to open, walls were so thin we could hear EVERYTHING from the rooms next door.

Not sure why all the negative reviews. It's not a fancy place and it is an older building, but I thought they did a pretty good job of keeping everything up to date. My room was basic and clean, the bed comfy. Breakfast was meh, but if all you're looking for is a place to sleep for a couple of nights, this is fine. I'd come here again.

Great customer service, friendly and generous. Great quality hotel room and layout and style. Smelled clean when I enter my first room. I did switch to a new room because I was having trouble with WiFi in that room but good WiFi in lobby and new room. Noticed detailed like two mint candies in the room as a welcome gesture and toilet paper folded triangle shape in restroom, untouched.
