La Quinta Inn by Wyndham and Conference Center San Angelo

We stayed 1 night Feb 7th. It appears that they are under remodel and up dating things. As a gold member I would say that when they finish it will be very good. The bed and pillows were spot on. There was no phone service to front desk because of the remodel and our room was not completely stocked for towels but I understand. The lady that checked us in was very polite and knowledgeable about the area. I wanted STEAK and she said western sky steak house and she was Wright best steak I have eaten in years. I would recommend this place to stay when the remodel is done and know also just be patient for now. Thanks for a great stay.

Positive: Nothing.I called and asked about a partial refund. Your site has false advertising,they don’t even answer their phone most the time so when I called before booking I couldn’t get questions answered anyways. Booked for a family emergency trusting your site Negative: Everything . Left the last guest food in the fridge no clean towels they actually had dirty/used towels still in there. No wifi no breakfast, no pool no nothing . Bunch of strange ppl and had code violations on their doors.

Very worn and dirty room. The sheets and pillowcases had little blood stains. There were no towels at check in and only then we received very worn and grey shower towels only. We had to go to Walmart and purchase our own wash rags and a bath matt to cover the brown grime area in the tub. The bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in previously. The cabinet the housed the refrigerator had broken doors that stayed open so when you passed, they would rub against you. Room 171 check it out. I will never let my wife book our stay in the future.

Will never go back. Had bed bugs. No coffee in rooms. No breakfast. No blankets only sheets. Cheapest toilet paper. AC wasn't working had to have it changed. They told me had queen size beds but after booked was full size. Worst La Quinta inn I've been at.

This hotel is gross. The rooms smell like they have not been cleaned in years. Bring your own blankets and towels. The bath tub didn't drain. And that was the second room we were given, the first one was worse. The property is filthy and there was trash everywhere. Unfortunately due to the stock show all the other hotels were booked or we would have went somewhere else.
