La Bonita Inn Motel Long Beach

Came here to say get some good night sleep and I got it all hours of the day. Very quiet and attentive staff Very well taken care of and clean. Definitely will be staying here again Parking is tricky but not impossible.

My boyfriend and I needed an economical room to spend the night for a short layover. We were absolutely exhausted from traveling all day and just needed a bed to sleep in. Expedia represented La Bonita as an affordable option that was supposed to be only a short distance from the airport. The hotel was a fifteen minute cab ride away and was tucked in a deserted alleyway in an industrial area. When we saw the hotel it didn't match the photos we had seen on Expedia with cute flower boxes in each window--the flowers were all dead. Upon entering our room we were smacked in the face by a wave the smell of old cigarette butts. There was no option to get a non-smoking room. The room lacked a deadbolt and opened onto the parking lot, which made me very uncomfortable because of the eerie back alley

Sam is dishonest! I spoke to him about reserving room! I got on my way and he called me on the phone to confirm! I confirmed! When I got there he said he no longer has the room at the price! Try to be honest guys! I don’t know how things get done in India however people still get bound by their word here

UPDATE: There nothing new. Crabbe owners and crabby employees equals nobody cares about your comfort or satisfaction. I wish I could say something nice but I can't. They really don't rent rooms. The staff was rude and I mean extremely rude. They took over 30 to answer the bell. Never again and I mean never.

Where do I start? First, I was yelled at and threatened with "Do you want me to refund your charges?!" as in, he was trying to kick me out. I was yelled at because...wait for it...I was parking within the parking lines. I was made to move my car even though other cars were taking up two spots each due to the parking angle. The location was garbage. They don't mention they are in the middle of an industrial park. Really trashy area. The room was the smallest room I've ever stayed in and it was NOT cleaned. I found hairs on the pillows, hairs on the walls of the shower, used soap still in the shower. Outside the rooms was just an open storage area, car tires, trash, misc junk all over. To top it all off, there was no smoke alarm or fire suppression system. The spot for the smoke alarm wa
