Knights Inn Elizabethtown

Very rude they refused me service due to a service dog I let them know what they were doing with the illegal and they refused to serve me. They demanded that I showed my service dog registration papers, which I told them was illegal yet I showed them and she still ref.

Over priced for the value you received. Reserved a hot tub room and got a standard room. No refund was offered. Room was out dated, and needed a deep cleaning. No coffee maker in the room, hair dryer was broken. Only given two towels for our stay, and was told we would not receive any housekeeping. Being the only hotel in the area, there is great possibilities, but currently the owners don't seem to care.

We are building a zoo in Elizabethtown NC and these guys have housed workers and ourselves..They have gone above and beyond too help us out..i have called late at night on a holiday and there was no rooms that fit our needs and they have went and cleaned it themselves too accommodate us..

Great place to stay. We were out of town working for 2 weeks and didn’t have any problems. It is a quiet place to get some sleep a/c worked great. Good hot water really nice place for the age. The staff that works there is really nice
