Carolyn's Court Motel

Carolyn's Court used to be a great place to stay when Mr. Bill had it! Now with the new owners, they could careless about anything! We was staying in the house right beside the office! Checked in on Sunday and everything was great. Got up on Monday and as breakfast was being cooked, THE POWER COMPANY CUT THE POWER OFF due to NON PAYMENT!!!! Now, we paid over $1200.00 for the week and this happens??? We lost the food that we was in the middle of cooking with 0% reimbursement for the food! So from here on out our family will be staying somewhere else! If you stay here, just hope that the powerbill gets paid and the power stays on why you are there!!!

Took a Sister's mother's day vacation and had not been to white lake since we were 16 and 8. We stayed Thursday thru Sunday and it was the best mother's day ever! Bill is a very kind man who takes very good care of his guests! Everyone was very friendly and made us feel at home. We will definitely be making more trips this year and we plan to make it a new mother's day tradition! We stayed in the hide away hut and loved it! The screened in porch is amazing and the TV on the porch makes you want to sleep out there! Just watch out for lizards 🦎 ! This place has a variety of places to stay... ranging from an old trailer, motel style rooms, to half/whole houses &cabins. Staff live there, and they take pride in the establishment. Mr Bill is a polite host that will call you by your name during your stay. I would describe the properties as "rustic...charming... Dated..." etc... |As long as you're not expecting luxury, you will be fine. There is a very small (narrow) beach access with the property, get your chairs set up early in the am!!!

We stayed this weekend for both triathlons in the log cabin. Mr. Bill is an awesome host! He was so accommodating in every way - especially when we had some issues with our cabin that he quickly addressed. The location of Carolyn’s Court was so convenient to the race site which made it so easy to follow our son’s progress. And the cabin was a great value because it enabled us to cook our meals. I would highly recommend Carolyn’s Court and would gladly stay there again.

They care nothing about personal safety or children! Don’t trust this place with confidential information concerning children!
