Knights Inn Columbia

Room was was unsafe and unsatisfactory, the was used towels in the shower , the toilet was nasty, food on the wall. Bed sheets were dirty, I had to get a room at hotel next door and they will not refund the room I never used because I had my family with three kid one is only 8 months old. Poor management on the motel side and corporate. I will never recommend this place.

Great place to stay. Rooms clean Staff great . Can't really comment on breakfast bar we were to late. We do plan on staying there next trip. John 3:16

There are good and bad things about this place. First off, the good.||This place accepted me at short notice due to my car unexpectedly becoming unable to drive and it being the cheapest option late at night. It is brightly lit inside, the lights giving clear view of each room. It smells clean, for the most part- residual smoke smell is difficult to remove, as I know (I would have liked a no smoking room but I was too tired to ask). The locks are new, with key card locks, a deadbolt, and a flip-over lock. The bed is large, the walls clean, the floors feel mostly so to bare feet. The air conditioner works and the shower has wonderful pressure and quite a bit of heat to it.||However.||There are damages about the toilet, and the smoke alarm looks old and in need of replacement. Positive: The photos were accurate and reflected the current state of the hotel, which I’ve found isn’t true with many of the photos under properties in the West Columbia, SC area. The front desk staff was also very nice and didn’t require a deposit for my room. Negative: ""
