Kings Arms Motel

Clean room, clean beds, and no bugs. Booked 2 nights then decided to book a 3rd night. The young man at the desk during our stay was very polite and professional. Our AC was a brand new unit so that was awesome. Beds were super comfortable. Parking was easy and convenient.

My mom and I went to the Kings Arms for a quick and last minute weekend trip to OCMD. We booked the Kings Arms with extremely low expectations, however we're pleasantly surprised on service and condition of our room. All staff was kind and very accommodating. Our room was very clean and the air conditioning worked very well. Bedrooms were recently renovated, however bathrooms are still old school and in the process of being renovated. Wonderful location in OCMD in walking distance to many activities. We could not be happier with our stay and would love to stay again for another weekend trip on a budget!

I have been staying here for years. This year our last full day there my kids and I were sleeping and someone knocked once on our door. It was almost 10. Then they proceeded to enter. I couldn't see who it was but they had said oh you're sleeping and walked back out. I did not have the door hanger thing out. Since the person opened the door without waiting for me to answer I feel like they thought we were not in there. So my question would be why were they trying to enter my room when they thought we weren't present. I was highly upset. My children or myself could have been changing. When I told the man at the front desk he apologized and said there was maintenance issues. Nothing was wrong with our room if there had been something emergent they wouldn't have left or I'm sure at least came

Overall a good motel, although we were on the first floor (which was great for our bags) we did have extremely loud upstairs neighbors. I wish the hotel had a listed quiet curfew. Overall staff was friendly and fantastic

I have stayed here every yr for the past 15 yrs. Great location. A block & a half away from boardwalk & Beach. Pool is nice. Rooms r cozy.
