Highest pet fee we have paid so far in the past 12 days on the road (Double to be exact). The Hot tub/spa was down for maintenance, bell carts are well used, drinking fountain definitely needs some attention, I will just leave it at that.

My room was on the 3rd floor, but there was no elevator. I'm older and have a bad knee so it was a little challenging. There was no coffee maker in the room, so they brought me one, brand new, in a box. They didn't provide the coffee, filters, cream, sugar, or a cup. The toilet was clogged, so they brought me a plunger, explaining that they didn't have maintenance or housekeeping. We decided the clog required a snake, so they moved me to another room. It was better. What they provided were 2 sample packages each of shampoo, makeup remover, and bar soap. Besides towels, a trash can and toilet paper, there was nothing else in the bathroom. Don't pee on my leg & tell me it's raining. You charged me a 100.00 deposit. You said the charge would be refunded to my bank upon checking out. The bank shows a "purchase," of 100.00. Showed up at night time had the security take me up to my room when we went inside someone was already staying in the room I was assigned. No problem we went down to the office and was given another key card. Went into the room and people were sleeping in there. Went back to office waited about 30 minutes for another room. Finally was told that they had no more rooms but two that they were remodeling. It was almost 2am by this time I said ok. No sinks or kitchen were in the room.
