Stayed Friday–Sunday during the first weekend of March 2026. Overall, the stay was convenient for skiing at Hunter, but there were several small things that kept the experience from feeling like a true resort stay. The positives: Parking was easy and the room itself was clean. The property has some decent amenities including a pool, two hot tubs, an arcade (we played air hockey), a gym, and laundry facilities. We were too tired after skiing to use the pool and hot tubs, but they looked well maintained. The downsides: The TV was extremely small—about the size of a computer monitor—and the picture quality wasn’t great. It also wasn’t a smart TV, which was disappointing since after a long day on the slopes it would’ve been nice to relax and watch Netflix or stream something. The bathroom w
The most relaxing view from the top floor. We enjoy the hot spa and the food. We drove few minutes to the Main Road and enjoy local shopping stores and local food> I would go back to| step out of the crowd of a city.
Walk-out ski-in hotel. Short walk up a hill to the run, was not bad, just not ski-out. The restaurant/bar was only open 4-9, so bring food to cook and alcohol for cocktails. We had a king suite but the bed was a queen. The furniture is outdated and not very cozy. I did like the ski/pole valet. The skiing was great! We would come back for the skiing. The only run I didn’t care for was Belt Parkway which is the run the hotel is on.
I thought the room was nice. The gym and pool staff was very kind. I liked that. The kitchen had everything you probably could need it in. The desk staff was kind but they weren't really helpful with needs. The pool and gym hours close pretty early compared to some hotel guys that are 24/7. The sauna and steam room were cool additions. I liked that the gym had a stair climber and ski machine but the machines were definitely worn down. Good for a night or two.
The one bedroom was very big. It did sleep 6 with a pull-down Murphy Bed and pull out couch. The one drawback, there is only 4 hangers in the closet, 2 nightstands with 3 little drawers, And 3 small drawers under the TV stand. We had used our suitcases and the shelf in the closet for our clothes. No storage in the big bathroom. We had to put our toiletries either on the counter Or the floor. One little hook on the back of the door that wouldn't hold all your clothes when showering. There was plenty of space to put a freestanding dresser. There was one in the kitchen area For the Murphy bed tho. But the place was very very clean and comfortable. All the furniture looked new. The grounds were very well kept and beautiful. People at the front desk were very attentive and nice. However
