Ak lodge

A large group of friends just spent three nights here. Great location and views. Space for all of us. Each bedroom has a bathroom, which is hard to find for a group our size. Host was very responsive.

AK Lodge is the perfect retreat no matter the season. In winter, it’s just minutes from the slopes—ideal for skiing and snowboarding—while in summer, you’re close to scenic hiking trails and stunning waterfalls. The lodge offers beautiful views of Hunter Mountain, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. It’s clean, cozy, and spacious, with great amenities like a hot tub, fire pit, and pool table that make it easy to unwind after a day of adventure. The nearby town has plenty of great restaurants, and the hosts are friendly and responsive. Whether you’re hitting the slopes or exploring the trails, AK Lodge is a fantastic home base in Hunter. Highly recommend!

The perfect getaway! AK Lodge was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay in the mountains. The location is unbeatable—just minutes from the slopes and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The hosts were friendly and responsive, and the lodge had great amenities like a fire pit, hot tub, pool table. Plenty of space to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Hunter!

AK Lodge is our favorite place to stay in Hunter area.It is family owned, very clean and comfortable! Stayed here few times with a group of friends and had a great time here. We had plenty of space and loved the hot tub and porches over looking the Hunter Mountain.Highly recommended.

I think this is one of the best places to stay in Hunter. I had few amazing weekend getaways with friends and we can’t wait to be back. It’s super close to the Hunter mountain, all the activities and the views are just fantastic. Great value for the price, very convenient location and friendly helpful hosts. Highly recommended!
