Hunter Mtn Snow Tubing

Hardly any snow and only three lanes open but they keep letting people pack in here instead of cutting it off so people can actually ride. Averaging one ride down every twenty plus minutes and it’s short at that. Can’t play can’t push can’t go head first. $40 a head. To hell with this place. Go anywhere else but here. I got better sledding at my house!

Destiney at the snow tubing area at Hunter Mountain was fantastic—friendly, upbeat, and made the whole experience extremely fun. Great energy and great customer service! Shoutout to her brother Austin too who was also awesome! My mom and the entire family had a great time.

Allow me to say - the tubes went much faster than you’d expect. Treacherous if you were to fall out of the tube. A good time and super helpful staff. Not 5 stars only because we all wish we could have a longer, more elaborate tubing experience and I’m still pushing for that possibility.

Amazing place. Today there were no lines (but it might be because the weather was -5 with the wind factor). The staff were amazing, parking is plentiful, and there are two AC ChargePoint charging stations in the parking lot. The soled during the ride is pretty good and the slope is pretty long. Fun for the whole family!!

Given Hunter’s name and size and skiing excellence ratings, we figured the snow tubing would be great. 1,000 feet sold is but it was boring and not fast at all. Great for kiddies maybe a huge disappointment for me and my 13 year old. Mt. Peter, with a smaller mountain, was 100 times better. Save the trip and avoid Hunter for snow tubing and go to Mt. Peter.
