Jetty's Break

It was very disappointing. Jetty’s Break # 302 The maintenance man was there for the most part of the second day. He changed the locks because someone tried to enter the apartment at 3:05am. I called the police due to the safety and security of the apartment and keeping me safe. The unidentified male who opened the door at 3:05am knew the code to get in. When he opened the door the security latch was almost ripped off but held a little. The security latch was the only thing to prevent him from coming in. No one called after I tried to reach someone. When I did reach someone, I was told I would get a call back. That never happened. I had to call them on Friday morning to explain what happened again. Finally a maintenance man came the next day at 11am and put a new keypad and was able to cha

Loved the inside of the condo. Very spacious and clean, with a nice balcony. The only downside being the parking. It is not monitored well, as no staff stay on site. On multiple occasions we had to park 2 blocks away because all the parking under the building was taken. Majority of the cars did not have a Jetty’s Break Parking Pass. If you are going to have parking passes the lot needs to be monitored or your customers are getting screwed.

The condo was very clean and quiet. We loved the storage unit of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas. The elevator was broken the whole week we were there, which was inconvenient, but other than that, everything was great :)

Nice condos but took advantage of vacation renters. They had major construction going on & didn't notify us until 2 days before our check in. We rented through CALDWELL BANKER'S who should have been responsible to know what's going on at the properties they rent! We tried to switch to another property but we were quoted by CB that we would lose our money according to our contract. Which was paid in full 30 days before arrival. CB said the pool was being fixed...what they didn't say was the entire roof was being fixed beside the pool. So we had jackhammers drilling over our heads & construction noises all day from 8:00am to 4:00pm! The owner of the condo offered us a $200 refund for the inconvenience of not having use of the pool before we got there. We had know idea of the magnitude of the

Stayed for 1 week in 2016 with my family. Very nice unit, large living room/kitchen area, great balcony, great location. Unfortunately I won't be returning because the pool is very, very dirty and very small. We saw a dirty diaper blowing around the pool area and some empty bottles were found in the bedroom after it was cleaned.
