This is a very clean and nice boutique hotel. It is centrally located and tare many food places nearby. The staff was friendly, and the Wi-Fi worked great. The room had a 70-inch tv which was great also. Will stay again and recommend this hotel.

how come ya don't check for minors coming in with grown adults
I was visiting my friend and stayed at the hotel it was beyond my expectations. Everything was new. Will definitely be staying again next time I’m in town.
The size of the room was a nice spacious room. The serve as it pertains to cleaning, providing towels and toilette was not given. Room was semi cleaned.The location was walking distance from Forham, Grand concourse and Webster and E Tremont. Overall it was a great stay. Please upgrade your beds to make sleep more comfortable.
