Customer Reviews
Love this Jellystone Location! Very clean, the management and staff are top notch! Of course Estes is Beautiful, but staying at a place that makes you feel safe, and happy is a big part of that. Highly recommend.
We stayed two nights because we loved Estes Park so much. The campground was clean, family-friendly, and full of fun for the kids. Our site was quiet, spacious, and right by the forest. Nothing to complain about—would gladly come back!
Unimpressed. We paid $70/night, plus a reservation fee, plus a resort fee for a site without water. The mini-golf was a disaster, wifi is spotty at best, the bathroom had (black?) mold and the terrible campground layout meant the only exit available to campers on the north side of the campground was constantly blocked by other campers getting water. Cancellation policy and fees are also pretty ridiculous. Even airlines allow 100% refund for a cancellation within 24-hrs, not this money hungry dump.
We have stayed at this Park before, and it wasn't bad, fun entertainment for the kids, and they have plenty of tree's for shade.||This trip however we tried to get two camp sites together with our other family so we could share meals and time together, but they refused to accommodate us. ||We told the front office that the campsite right next to us was open and we asked if our family could move into that site since no one was there, and because their campsite was several sites away from us. They told us no. ||We made the best of our stay, and moved between campsites to be together, but we probably won't be going back again for that reason. It's also a little ways outside of Estes, and a bit more expensive than campgrounds in Estes.
I cannot express enough how amazing the staff were. My kiddos had so much fun seeing Cindy and BooBoo bear raise the flag and riding a fire truck with Yogi. I would 1000% recommend staying here! They were also super nice when we had to push our reservation a day and then switch from a tent site to a cabin due to trailer issues.
