Best place to fish on the island. Best place to stay. Amazing food. Friendly staff. Super accommodating. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Hot tubs are great after a long day of fishing. Done the couple thing, the family thing, the work thing, and the BFF thing. All were good experiences.

Having fished in several locations in Alaska I keep coming back to Islandview every year. They have the experience dialed in. The lodge is on the water with the best views in town. The boats, captain and crew are the best in the business. This year we had a new captain, and we were thrilled with his fishing prowess and the ability to find and keep us on the fish. He became a captain in 2022 but learned from the best the lodge owner and his dad Kevin. Don't let Tylers (AKA T-Mac) youthful appearance and facial hair of a 12-year-old fool you. That guy can fish! The student has become the master!|If you can request T-Mac you won't regret it.

Such a great adventure. Prior to arriving the communication was outstanding. Our boat crew (John and Garrett) made each day of fishing easy. The fishing was great. Every morning ( early) a great breakfast was waiting in our 3 bedroom apartment ; and upon returning from a day of fishing a welcome back snack was provided. What can I say: OUSTANDING.

Fantastic fishing adventure. Accomodations are spacious. Don't feel at all like you are crowded. Fishing was fun. All hooks were baited, fish were checked for "legality". Fish were filleted, frozen, and vacuumed packed, for the flight home. Laundry facilities in suite, so you can show up with a toothbrush and the clothes on your back, if you were so inclined. Breakfast in suite and lunch on the water included. On your own for Dinner. Go to town (transportation provided) or you can grab groceries locally and cook or grill in suite. If you want to bring your own beer it can be accommodated (within reason). All fish boxed and brought to airport for you to get checked in.
