Island View Mobile Home Park

My husband and I were prepared to buy a mobile home in this park. A newly renovated, nicely done unit in front. Our agent contacted the park to get the rules and regulations. We wanted to put a full fence around the property for safety/security reasons and also because we want a dog. We were told by our agent that fences were not allowed because the management wants a more friendly neighborhood feeling. There are many makeshift type fences at this point, but as they erode there can be no replacements. I also did a deep dive into the "management" and what is indicated is that some residents are favored, allowed to do what they want, while others not in favor get harassed. I didn't write this information but it's readily available on the internet. I don't understand how pets can be allowed
