Iris Hotel Boston

My family (husband, 2 teen boys and myself) stayed 3 nights at Iris Hotel Boston in February 2026 for college tours and our son's ACT which he took at nearby Brookline High School. We arrived after 10pm, so our booked hotel type (Family King/2 Queens/2 Queens) was no longer available so the upgraded us to a Family Suite/2 Queens. They also honored our free parking perk from our booking site (Luxury Escapes) without issue. The Family Suite included 2 full bathrooms and a kitchenette with dining table. The kitchenette was very convenient for cooking breakfast, especially early in the morning before our son's ACT exam. There is a Trader Joe's, H-Mart and CVS nearby so buying groceries was easy to do without having to drive. My only complaint about the room - which was wonderfully spacious i

This hotel was so amazing and extremely accommodating! The staff was amazing and so kind, especially Brian! We stayed on the 8th floor and had a great view. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms had everything we needed! The location is nice and not too far of a walk to great food and some shops! Overall, an amazing stay!

BEAUTIFUL & Clean, linens were so comfortable and clean. Room had robes to enjoy, a fridge, microwave, clean AC, gorgeous bathroom, and Xfinity tv. Didn't use room service or partake in the bar selection, but the restaurant dining room is really nice. Valet cost was unexpected (not listed online) and is required unless you get dropped off. Overall a fancy experience in an affordable price range. I'll be back!

Best hotel in Boston! This was definitely the best hotel we have stayed at in Boston so far! Very close drive to Boston University. Sometimes we had the valet driver get our car out a couple times in a day and he was very fast. The staff was very friendly! Rooms were very clean. We had the family suite for 4 of us so we could eat breakfast and play cards at a table. Very handy! And they gave us a free upgrade so our room had a great view of the city. That was so nice of them!

We had an early Christmas celebration with my relatives in Brookline this past weekend, and I decided to book a hotel for my daughter and granddaughter, who were traveling from out of state. I happened upon Iris Hotel, which is down the street from them in Coolidge Corner. After reading the excellent reviews, I knew that this hotel would be perfect. And it was! From start to finish, it was an excellent experience. A big shout-out to Isaac, who, when I called to confirm that we were on our way over, let me know that I had booked it for Christmas night, instead of that night! I immediately panicked about my error, but he quickly remedied that by telling me that they had availability, and the price would remain the same.
