Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston Brookline-Longwood Medical

My daughter was having surgery so we stayed here the day before the procedure and the day after. It is conveniently located to the medical center (we took an Uber and we were not aware of any shuttle). It is located in a safe neighborhood easily walkable to a CVS and many restaurants. The staff were very helpful as we had dinner delivered here as well. The hotel was clean and quiet. I was very satisfied with our stay.

Positive: The Front Desk was very pleasant, and the housekeeping was very attentive to our needs. Great Stay!! Negative: Paying for the Parking

I'm still here been here for two weeks today and so far I have been treated good. Meaning all I do is mind my business and clean up after myself because I was told by the people who put me here due to a mishap of the building I live in.i would be here for a while and so far as a person with high if anyone else is like me they completely let me do my thing meaning there's nobody here over does it in any capacity if you know what I mean this is for people like me with my type of anxiety problems lol they've been really good so far I believe I have at least one more week I believe hopefully

My dear friends' father was having surgery at a Boston hospital, so we arranged for them to have a room at this Homewood Suites on our Hilton points. We communicated with the front desk and explained that we wanted the check in to be smooth, that check in might be very late (no idea how long surgery would take) and that we had arranged for a fruit basket to be delivered. The staff were amazing and took incredible care of our friends. Everything went smoothly and they felt truly taken care of. The hotel also offers a shuttle during the daylight hours to the hospital for guests.

We stayed here for an appointment we had at Boston Children's. The staff were SO helpful and responsive. Will definitely be coming back next year!
