InTown Suites Extended Stay St. Louis MO - St. Charles

Honestly the real issue with this places was the open racism. As a young black business who was in town on a trip. I use “ Cannabis” under the right of my medical card although I have never smoked within there room but noticed mutable other patrons smoking cigarettes out of the windows of there’s however being the only door to receive a notice paints a very potent picture. Basically if your colored don’t come here. This on top of the package of my medicine that was missing from my room is a massive concern for me.

At first, the front desk manager seemed very nice, and I believe that he is, but he did tell me eventually that I owed 60 cents. And that I was to check out 1 day before, I was supposed to had to have help from a family member because they helped me book it to get that straightened out and then I got another email saying that I was supposed to be out a day before I paid for 9 days. Seems a very shady. I would be careful at nighttime. I was lied to from someone about the cops going through there 9 days, not one police. Police officer ever drove through that hotel parking lot in such a very busy area. In St. Charles doesn't make any sense. Lots of buses coming and going and bringing people in and out. A staff member and resident named Bob, located on the first floor near the office, repeatedly directed unwelcome and inappropriate comments toward my fiancée, including calling her “baby” and “beautiful.” I personally witnessed him staring at and checking her out when he believed I was not present. His demeanor shifted immediately once he realized I was standing behind her. Management was notified in writing about this behavior. Instead of addressing the concern or initiating any investigation, we were threatened with eviction. After requesting that the conduct stop, our family was ultimately evicted. My husband and I have both relocated to St.Charles area and we moved in here until we can find a place of our own. We have not had any problems whatsoever as the previous reviews have stated. Our room is clean, everything is in working order. Nothing is broken or damaged. The manager is really helpful and nice. The maid is very friendly and gives tips on how to make your stay easier. Everyone we have met that works here is really friendly. Management doesn't put up with anything shady going on and will call the police if they need too. That is a good thing! There is a lot of traffic coming in and out of the parking lot because there are always people moving in and out here. I've been here just renewed been here 1 week as of sat, today is Monday. So 9 days and I haven't been able to take a warm bath. The hot water heaters went out for the first 3 or 4 days. I switched rooms due to the maintenance man going into the hospital to fix my hot water issue and these rooms are just not what they are said to be. Sure slap some paint on things and wipe stuff down... But the dryer shrinks the clothes for crying out loud. I want my money back that I renewed so that I can go somewhere else. This is REDICLIOUS
