InTown Suites Extended Stay Pittsburgh PA

I was staying in Pittsburgh for a 4 week training and looking for affordable efficiency apartment type of accommodation. The first room they offered me was on the ground floor, smelled like mildew, most things in the room looked as if they were never cleaned, and the window would not lock. I would expect for the price, not to have luxury, but did expect cleanliness. I asked to switch rooms, as I did not feel comfortable having a window that would not lock. They did this for me with no problem. The second room I was placed in smelled better and looked as if it had actually been cleaned. However there was no toilet paper or holder. The paint around the room is chipping off, and the rooms are so dry with the hot air heater running that I developed multiple bloody noses and a sinus infe

The first night here my room was given away due to other guest having problems in their room. We ended up getting the premium queen bed room instead of the 2 full beds I reserved. The man at the front desk let me knew about the mix up right away and told me tomorrow my rooms could be changed. The premium room was really nice and clean. There was a lot of storage space as well. My only problem with the premium room was that I was literally right next to the front desk and people stay out in the lobby alllllllll night so it was pretty noisy! The room I’m in now is a queen bed suite with the pull out sofa. It is a lot more roomy but not as up to date (which is obvious seeing that it is a traditional suite) It is very clean but you can tell someone smoked in here. There are cigarette burns on

This place is my home away from home. The staff is incredible. They do their best to keep a safe and clean environment. If you need anything they are on top of it. Jordan the GM is great person with his customer service skills. Tara is lovely and nice to me while doing hksp. Jay is overnight guy who is always walking around available. Dale is maintenance and is awesome. I love this place. It used to be a lot worse.

I had a family above me kids kept me up until 1am running and jumping on the hardwood floor . I finally fell asleep and they woke me up back at 7am with the same noises smh ( already changed rooms once btw). I’m assuming it was the mother and father that were constantly yelling and I couldn’t believe I paid to have my peace disturbed . I will never return here again. If you need a peace of mind please avoid this place like the plague. Staff and manager were very friendly though .

Jordan the general manager is a great person. Treat people with respect and Jay the other manger is also such a great person they both treat people like they are family I am so great full for both of them they have made me and my mother feel great to be here
