InTown Suites Extended Stay Louisville KY - Wattbourne Lane

Good price,decent rooms. I paid a small amount extra for an upgraded room,which I was told meant new flooring and freshly painted but upon entering it was found the walls had not been painted and their was paint hanging in the shower, which also revealed a hole in the ceiling. The manager was quick to send a person who patched the hole but no refund or compensation was offered. Overall it was not the worst experience of my life. I would stay again,I was given the chance to view the room 1st,I just didn't notice these issues at that time.

This is not a place you want to stay for a day, let alone a week. First day and I was told that I was on the 3rd (top) floor. I explained that I had clearly asked for a first floor 'upgraded' room, which I paid for, and they told me I should have called them directly to request that? What? Okay, so maybe I was dealing with a corporate entity when I made the reservation so I'll let that slide. They said, okay, we have one upgraded room left on the first floor! I went to look at it as they advised me to do so. I'm glad they did. It smelled like a toilet and the front of the air conditioner/heater unit was laying on the floor. I went back and said I guess I'll try the 3rd floor room. This room was much cleaner except for the cigarette burns all over the bathroom sink and tub as if s

Says it's only a 2 star hotel but if give it more. It's not luxurious or anything but I do feel like it's just my own little apartment with the little sitting area with the futon and dresser. Little closet with shelves. Full refrigerator, microwave, stove top next to the sink. And of course a bathroom stocked with everything. I don't have a complaint...

The lady Catherine was so nice and understanding for what I was looking for she had a great attitude and explain everything to me well and the service was so genuine and good,also she explain to me where the good food places,shopping centers and all here close to this location! I would recommend her to everyone she make sure you have a clean room and nice stay thanks again

I've been here for a few weeks now and absolutely love it. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Great location, great food and tons of shopping. The general manager Catherine was kind and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends.
