InTown Suites Extended Stay Louisville KY - Airport

Terrible room. Cockroaches. They charge a ridiculous amount. We were told we had an upgraded room and it was newly renovated. Paying $350 a week for the bare minimum of what rooms they have. Amanda the woman who runs the place isn't very friendly either.

We found a bed bug infestation fully grown bugs told them they came destroyed the room and found them then left and left the room a mess went to ask for my money back said they won't do anything and the GM won't be in till Wednesday forcing use to stay us to stay till our days are up.... so I got heated and the desk lady started blaming us sayin I brought them in... why would I embarrass my self like that??? So I called the health department they will be here tomorrow and went up to tell them and the desk lady got mad because there was a customer in there when I was complaining so she forced me out of the office.... when I got to my room they had the cable unhooked so no TV now. So now I'm out $650 have to staybin this nasty place cuz we dont have the extra money to go to another hotel. I

The place is a dump with shady clientele hanging around outside. There was a hole in the bathroom door! The online pictures do not match reality. Lots of issues that have not been fixed or repaired. Find a different place!

The manager is a very helpful person. She's nice and helps the guests as much as she can.

Ok well there is Community of us that live in these places and strangle I had never stayed at this spot I’ve always heard good things but o got to see it for myself the manager is like no other hotel manger I’ve ever met she’s down to earth and is very fare but at the same time she does her job to the fullest making sure we let the Maude’s in every other Wednesday to pay on time or there is a late fee and we all can deal with that because not one person is better then another she will go out of her way to make sure things get done right and the guys that work here aren’t that creepy kind of worker either Tony is very professional about his job worlds crazy hard so I thank you and my family thanks you guys for taking the worry away if I’m safe or not and I for sure 100% safe !!!!!
