InTown Suites Extended Stay Fort Myers FL

The service at this establishment was great. Both young ladies at the counter displayed integrity, professionalism and were very courteous. I was very pleased and would always choose InTown Suites to have a very pleasurable stay.

Speaking as someone who has stayed in pretty much every hotel/motel in the NFM/FM/CC area, InTown Suites is by far the best deal for your money. I'm absolutely thrilled with my room, it's spacious, the furniture and floor are well kept, not to mention having a modern but cozy decor that really shocked me. My bed is comfy, the room/bathroom/and all the furniture and appliances were spotless. absolutely worth the extra few dollars a night, I can not stress that more.

I checked in on6/13 and had an extremely frustrating experience. No one was at the front desk for 15–20 minutes, even though I had to return to work. When the manager finally came, I tried to explain I’d been waiting, but she became defensive and dismissive. On top of that, I was told housekeeping would come Monday — which was included in my fees — and that service never happened. I didn’t feel respected as a customer, and the lack of professionalism was unacceptable. This location needs better accountability and training. I would not recommend.

Positive: Nothing! Negative: BEWARE OF THIS COMPLAINT against a manager at Fort Myers area has been completely unacceptable treatment my wife and I experienced during our stay. The level of unprofessionalism, disregard for guests, and outright harassment we endured

I paid the extra for the premium studio and it was so worth it! My room is super cute and serves every purpose I needed it to! I'm in the corner so it is super quiet. I haven't heard any noises or had any problems at all . I definitely recommend the premium studio for a extended stay!!🌞
