InTown Suites Extended Stay Columbia SC - Broad River

I’ve had a great experience staying here. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the property is always clean and well maintained. I feel safe and comfortable here, which is so important. I especially want to give a huge shout-out to Jamie, the manager — she truly goes above and beyond and always makes sure guests are taken care of. Her professionalism and kindness make a big difference. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and friendly environment.

The pillows were fluffy, excellent customer service. Staff was accommodating to all my family and I needs. Very respectful. Clean rooms and outside area. I would stay again. Mr. Ron the manager was very curious and helped with my every need.

Jamie went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome, comfortable, and well taken care of from the moment I arrived. EDIT; The manager Jamie is coercing people to leave 5 star reviews under the promise of a discount in an attempt to bury/hide the complaints about roaches infesting this location & her trashy disgusting unprofessional behavior. My girlfriend and I booked a ‘premium’ suite for 2 weeks. At first glance the room seemed okay, but it looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The kitchen and bathroom were especially different — this feels like false advertising. The real problem: there were roaches in the bathroom and kitchen. Baby roaches were crawling on the sink, the shower floor was discolored, and inside the kitchen cabinets there were traps with roaches already caught. We documented everything with photos and videos. It’s ALWAYS a pleasure dealing with Jamie and Roosevelt when I’m in town and stay here. They make me feel like I’m home. Jamie brings a certain ambiance to the front office, as soon as you walk in she’s smiling and greeting.
