InTown Suites Extended Stay Birmingham AL - Hoover

These days so far has been exceptional. Very helpful over the phone of my reservation accidentally got canceled. It's very quiet.I can't hear anybody beside or above me. Everything was nice and clean when I first walked in. Might be extending for a little bit longer as well, due to the location and nice people in the office.

ATTN: Corporate Relations Management:||I plan to file a civil lawsuit against InnTown Suites. My Folio has a checkout date of January 18th, 2025. MIA called me on January 17th, 2025 to inform me my suite rent was late. I told her “no.” The Folio has January 18th as the next payment date. She had the after hours associate to refuse to review the Folio given to me at check-in. She was rude and obnoxious. She would not listen or accept the fact my Folio has January 18th, 2025 as my next payment date. The Property Manager, Mia threw me out of the suite I paid for in the rain. Therefore, InnTown Suites can expect to see me in court.||If there are other current or previous customers mistreated by the Property Manager, MIA Amerson please contact me after I post the filing of the court summons. Af

It's definitely a really nice place the people are nice they try to work with you I've been off and on homeless staying in hotels I didn't have enough money one week. the manager said I had to be out by 3:45 which is already gracious he didn't make me check out at 12 he gave me time to try to get the money. I was sitting outside waiting for a ride for a long time he saw me and said he could let me sit in the room for a while that was really nice. . The rooms are really nice except my new rooms TV says no signal for all my favorite channels lol it's ok

My stay at Intown Suites has been immaculate. Everyone is welcoming and very nice. There is no mess and no drama. Also Ms. Mia is the best General Manager. She always stand on business and she makes your visit feel like home.

This will serve the purpose nicely. You can call it a long term stay hotel, or it can be a short term efficiency apartment. (I wouldn't expect much from the cooktop though) surely is no palace, but pretty liveable. However, the tv seems to have issues connecting to channels with a higher number.
