TJ at the front desk was super nice and professional when we checked in and out. Laurie in the kitchen was so sweet to our family when had breakfast during our stay, making sure we were taken care of. I wish I could name everyone because we had such a nice experience staying here and everything was very clean. I would stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable stay!

The room was great. The hotel was close to all things and great amenities. Breakfast was horrid. Do not spend the money for the breakfast. I could not get any juice or water and most of the food was either gone or horrible. I would stay again because my room had a fridge and microwave but I will not spend $15 for breakfast again. They also did not contact me to refund the money.

We stayed on 12/5/25 and were not pleased with our stay. We came in and heard profanity in the dining area and saw people drinking at a bar. We tried to sleep but the room 214 played loud music all night. Then we went to breakfast at 7:25 which was to be served at 6:30. The lights were off in the dining room area and there was coffee but no food. We were on a schedule and needed to eat and leave quickly. We were told by the clerk in the lobby that the cook was late and that it would be about 15 minutes before the breakfast was ready. She apologized but this created a problem because we had to leave and we had already had the 2 meals @ 13.50 per breakfast added to our ticket. They refunded the breakfast but we have always stayed with Holiday Inn and feel that the family friendly place is n

My stay at this property started with the sales manager, Jennifer, answering all of my questions and concerns prior to my stay. On the day of arrival, Elizabeth made sure my check-in process was seamless. Both Ladies provided excellent customer service that has solidified my decision to make this location my preferred property anytime I come to town. Thank you Ladies.
