InTown Suites Extended Stay Atlanta GA - Lithia Springs

General Manager and entire staff very professional and friendly. Laundry room was clean. Some noise but expected in a hotel. Would recommend and stay at this location again. Great staff. Location close to everything.

almost $400 per week is too much for this low budget motel! cleaning staff is unprofessional and doesnt clean very well. cleaning lady told me that i should feel free to clean my own room because it was like my own home and ppl normally clean their own homes. at $400, i want ALL the services that come with it! then while she did a poor version of cleaning my room (which she was running several hours late on her rounds so she was rushing) as i sat outside the door, her son came up the walkway asking if she was in my room. i said yes and he proceeded to ENTER my room! they stood in there discussing a 3rd person who needed to get picked up. then he left and she 'finished' and left as well. i will say she was kind in helping me bring my chair back into the room and she spoke kindly to

Jason is wonderful! He is the best accommodate with still staying within the rules of the establishment . The room cleanliness is top tier and any issues will be taken care off expeditiously, I have been here 4 weeks so far and I love the way they treat people with respect as if they were in our shoes! Thanks InTown you made me wanna Stay, I’ve definitely been able to Save, and I am always Smiling leaving the front desk!!

Just arrived. First and foremost, I absolutely love the service. Nothing beats kindness especially when you need it most. Jason was super kind and super helpful. I ask a million questions and he answered everything with a smile. Top tier service. The property is clean. Love that there’s not a bunch of people hanging around outside or in the stairwell. Fully stocked vending machines if you’re a snacker. My room is really clean. My only drawback is the room isn’t as updated as pictures on the site but that’s totally okay, a bed tv, and kitchenette is all I need for the week. The location is good. Kroger right across the street and Walmart a few minutes away. Overall I like it!

This is my 2nd time being “homeless” in a way but this extended stay is not bad at all. I heard they got new management and ever since I been here the stay has been great. The only issue I’ve had thus far is the WiFi service lol. Imagine being in the middle of a game and then BOOM, you get an error message. The manager Jason is always available, and has great customer service. The way he interacts with the other tenants here always puts a smile on my face. The new maintenance guy is super fast and always responsive! Overall I love staying here. Plus its location is fantastic as well. Everything you need is close by and you can even walk to most places.
