InTown Suites Extended Stay Athens GA - University of Georgia

I had the most pleasant experience staying here. I stayed in one of the remodeled rooms and it was very nice. When the refrigerator went out during our second week, they immediately replaced it with a new one. The a/c was new and worked extremely well. I enjoyed having a stove top to cook on. The service was excellent. Jennie went out of way to make sure we received great service. I cannot complain about the rates. It seemed that the longer we stayed, the cheaper it got and that helped greatly. I would recommend staying here to anyone that needs an extended stay Ask for Jennie and one of the remodeled rooms.

There is absolute nothing suite about this in town suites location! The "upgraded" rooms are nothing like the pictures on the website. This place is filthy and reeks of Marijuana all the time. The multiple pierced desk staff was very rude when the a/c went out in my room and refused to let me change rooms or give me a refund. ( The young man that came and reset the A/C system and showed me how to do it because it had to be done multiple times throughout my stay was polite). I had to put air fresheners in the room just to make it tolerable. The water pressure is non existent and you can barely even wash the soap off of you in the shower and the water does not get hot, it only gets mildly warm enough to be able to tolerate. Don't waste your money and find another place!

The Staff at the Athens Ga location were "Great". The room clean and comfortable. I would recommend my friends and family stay at the In-Town Suites.

Five stars is only because of the staff!!! Staff is outstanding!!! Location is ok, but corporate sucks. There is no way to get in touch with them to get answers to questions or concerns. Corporate doesn’t seem to include the staff in any changes or things going on around the property until last minute.
