InTown Suites Extended Stay Arlington TX - Six Flags

Mrs. Shawna in the office is truly an angel. The room is nice and quaint consisting of a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. House keeping does weekly cleanings. Maintenance is on-site so if theres any issues he's right there. There's a laundry room that informs you of your laundry process through bluetooth on your phone. The staff and property alone makes this a top pick. The location allows you to be across the street from several shopping plazas and grocery stores. I just have to once again give Mrs. Shawna her flowers for her extraordinary customer service/ hospitality skills.

I relocated to the DFW area for a job. In the meantime of waiting on our apartment to be prepared, my son (age 11) & I stayed here for a week. It was ok budget wise, but if I wanted to up my budget, I definitely would have picked somewhere else. ||The office staff were friendly. It had the kitchenette area which was good since my son was with me. This helped cut down on eating out & we were able to cook a few items. I got my deposit back upon check out too.||However, the bed & carpets were disgusting, bathroom so so. I quickly went to the store to by Lysol, Comet, & Febreeze to sanitize as much of the place as possible. We wore socks & shoes to keep our bare feet off the floor, yuck! My son's bed smelt like urine, eew! I went to wash the sheets in the "laundry facility" but only one washer

This room is almost $400. It smells like sewage, someone from the office has just walked into my room twice in one week, and I need two hands to count the TV channels that keep losing signal. I don't feel like these companies should not charge market rates for low budget rooms. The housekeeper come in walk around and leave you a new trash bag. I cannot wait until I can do better for myself.

I feel like the last time i stayed it was cleaner. I'm not sure it was worth the price for an upgraded room. Other than it being on the first floor which i prefer! But i also have not stayed in a "regular" room. The room i toured at intown suites upgraded room oaks village was way nicer. No major complaints

The first room legs got ate up they said IT MIGHT BE ANTS. They move me to a fithy nasty room blood and feces on bathroom walls. Maid left dirty stained sheets on bed. Stove did not work. Lamp falling of wall. Horrible
