InTown Suites Extended Stay Arlington TX - Oak Village

We stayed here for a month & had to supply our own towels & toilet paper . Housekeeping was great & efficient . The only complaint I had was the small red sugar ants that got everywhere even though I put food away & took out the trash . Maintenance did spray for them but they came back . Good place though .

The rooms are nothing like the ones that they show on the website. They are way smaller. The staff does not provide tissue or towels like the other extended suites. The housekeepers are not very good at cleaning at all. I would not suggest this place. The best thing about it was the location.

Big love to JD and cleaning staff, most of the rest of staff too. Not happy with the teenage maintenance man bursting into room to fix something, wrong room, I'm half naked. Nor Nate the overnight manager who banned me when I was trying to photograph these smokers in the parking lot from inside my room, which is 100% legal. I have COPD and despite the huge no smoking sign over office door, everyone is lighting it up. The rooms are very basic, if staying long, but ant bait. I enjoyed the shower myself. Great value for the money, for sure. I have witnessed drug and prostitution deals going down from my neighbor and his crew, so yeah... They need more police drive through, like the Sublet and Cooper one has.

The "Premium" Rooms are on the first floor & definitely worth the extra money! This also might be the only property in the surrounding area that has an elevator. So if you decide to book a "Traditional" Room & you have lots of things to move in, save yourself some trouble & book here! Aside from that, Mr. Clark, Tammy & Terra were so hopeful & kind during my stay! #GoodPeople #GreatCustomerService

I’ve done 2 long term stays here and both times were amazing! JD has a great personality and makes you feel very welcome! Everything in the rooms always worked great and are clean and it has unlimited hot water. Will 100% stay here again when I need a place to stay. Price is amazing and the customer service stands out from most places. JD feels more like a friend than an employee! Thank you for letting me stay here 😁
